Whoa... episode one was awesome. Well, since I don't feel like spoiling it for everyone, you can find episode one of Kamen Rider Decade on www.tvnihon.com through their torrents. And yes... it's more or likely going to be 30 episodes but, as Tanuki on Henshin Justice says
